To Our Customers,

                Recently, economic conditions have become challenging for businesses throughout the US and it comes as no surprise that many companies are choosing to reduce their level of air travel. This trend is reflected in the daily news and also in our local economy. With any luck, the apparent ‘witch hunt’ on business & private aviation will be limited in scope and duration as the economy begins to improve.

In a nut shell, we have one product that is delivered in many forms. That product is the high quality support and service that we offer through our maintenance, pilot service, aircraft management, and line service departments. It is our goal to support our private and business customers as effectively as possible and we have found that flexibility and adaptation to our customer’s needs are paramount to contributing successfully. Therefore, due to the currently reduced demand for services, particularly line and fuel, we find it necessary to adjust our hours of operation. Beginning February 16th, 2009 our FBO will be open from 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Weekend hours will not be affected and will remain 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.

Please make a note of this change. If you need service outside of our normal business hours, we will be happy to assist you as we always have. Please plan and communicate with us accordingly so that we can minimize after-hours operations.

We are looking forward to providing our services to you for a long time and trust that as the needs of our customers begin to resume, our hours of operation will continue to adapt.
